We have both been working like crazy lately and have had little time to enjoy each other so we decided what we needed was a weekend out of town - just the two of us!
We booked our hotel room Saturday morning at 12:30 am, text the dog sitter, and we were off to Palm Desert around 10:30am that same morning.
We booked our last minute getaway at Mojave Resort a cute little 1940's style boutique hotel in the heart of Palm Desert. On our way out of town we stopped to pick up mint, limes and Rum to enjoy poolside in the desert sunshine!
